Meet Our Dental Office Staff
David P. Violette, D.D.S., P.C.
Dr. Violette received his Bachelor Of Science degree from Stonehill College in 1985, and his Doctor Of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College Of Virginia in 1989.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, as well as a member of the International Congress Of Oral Implantologists.
Wanting to be a dentist since the age of eleven and raised in a family of machinists, Dr. Violette prides himself in doing finely detailed work which he knows will impress other dentists.
While Dr. Violette knows the quality of his work will not be appreciated by most of his patients, he knows they will be impressed by his genuine concern for serving the best interests of his patients, and by his efforts to make his patients comfortable while receiving exceptional dental care.
Pam Buck, R.D.H.
Pam began her career in dentistry as a chair side assistant fresh out of high school, changing gears after eight years to raise two daughters.
Finally, years later, she set her sights on her true goal, entering the dental hygiene program at Bristol Community College with her family's blessing and support.
She graduated from the program with high honors in 1998.
Pam has been employed in Dr. Violette's office since 2001, and feels she has found her niche, working in a caring environment focused on patient well-being.
She has a strong interest in holistic & environmental practices, and has a weakness for those sweet, furry critters that meow.
Laura Cassidy, R.D.H.
Laura started her unexpected journey into dentistry when she joined the United States Air Force in 1992. She served as a dental assistant, and advanced to finish her career as a "prophy tech."
After serving four years, Laura decided to return home and apply to dental hygiene school.
She chose to attend Bristol Community College, and graduated in 1998 with her dental hygiene degree.
Laura was fortunate to apply to Dr. Violette's office early on in her career, and quickly realized his office was where she would stay.
Ten years have passed, and Laura believes her office has thrived, and will continue to do so. She believes this is due to the dedication of the entire staff to provide exceptional dentistry, especially Dr. Violette.
